What is Our Goal?
Despite all good intentions of the U.S. Government and military assistance programs, our combat wounded, injured Marines and Navy Corpsmen assigned to the Fleet Marine Forces as well as their families, are left seriously disadvantaged. These are men and women deserving of the assistance the Foundation strives to provide.
Why is it Essential?
The government and military budgets will never fill all the needs of it's combat wounded and their families, which is the political and financial reality of today's world. They were there for you; it's your chance to honor their sacrifices with your financial help.
Purposes and Services
Our purpose is to provide emergency financial assistance to wounded active and formerly active members of the U. S. Marine Corps and their families as well as to wounded U.S. Navy Corpsmen, currently or formerly with the USMC Fleet Marine Forces and their families.
Our mission is to provide educational scholarship support to those military and their families as well as provide assistance as needed during religious holidays.
How Can I Apply For Aid?
If you are a wounded U.S. Marine or U.S. Navy Corpsman that was assigned to the Fleet Marine Force, you are eligible to apply for aid and can do so online at our website. Complete the application form by following the instructions for documentation, contact information, and submission to the Foundation.
How Can I Donate?
Just go online to our website and contribute using your credit card or sending a check payable to The Iron Horse Marines Foundation, Inc. and send it to our address in Palm Springs, California. All donations are acknowledged with a letter to you for preparing your income taxes.
